1. Identify what is meant by technology to learn to use technology literacy for the twenty-first century.
Everyday our country is coming up with new ways of integrating technology in our academic system. As a teacher and school staff personnel its our responsibility to step up and keep up with the times. Because our world today is operating on electronics its vital to integrate basic technological knowledge into our curriculum. In the simplier days, teachers only needed to make sure the students left with the knowledge of how to read, write and hold a pencil. But, because of our evoloving country its vital to teach our students the basics of technology because after all are we as teachers getting our students ready for the real world?
2. Why is it that if the NETS wants students to be knowledgeable in technology when why don't they provide school districs with the appropriat funding?
3. My teaching experience was in a third world country. When I taught computer class I made sure my students (kindergarten) knew how to turn on the computer open word document and write simple sentences.

Week 4 Chapter 12 Reflection (Assgn 4a)
1. Identifying knowledge inputs that are useful in designing lessons that integrate technology.
Having knowledge of the content to be covered in class is very important because how else are you going to teach? As a teacher its your responsibility to research more in debt about the subject because you then can: one: be knowledgeable about the subject, two: so you can answer the students questions as they arise and three: because you can use the resources you used while acquiring the information for the class.
2. Why is it that most beginner teachers teach like how they were taught? I guess its because they have nothing else to stand on. I know that when I was teaching in Cambodia I did a lot of what I was use to, which usually resulted in counting to 3 when needing the attention of the class. I used a lot of the same punishment tactics too.
3.I was limited when it came to technology because of the circumstances, but I do remember using my computer to show different things online when I didn't have the material.
